•1-2 years of experience in order management or related field (e.g., supply chain).
•Strong understanding of order processing, order fulfillment, RMA, RMA tracking, inventory management, and material requirement planning.
•Proficiency in Sales Order software applications (e.g., SAP) is required; knowledge of other relevant systems an asset.
•Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
