✓ Review, execute and decide the allocated cases for video KYC processes.

✓ Ensure complete adherence to the regulations/ policy defined for video KYC process as well as KYC documents.

✓ Ensure accurate updation of the decision files/ system for the final decisions on the cases.

✓ Ensure prioritization and closure of urgent customer/ internal stakeholders emails as well as referrals.

✓ Review the process and proactively identify the gaps and highlight the same for changes.

✓ Maintain/ track process specific responsibilities assigned for any new changes in policies/ processes.
