⭕Job profile & Responsibilities of KYC Support Associate | Associate:-
✓ Ensure accurate data/files updation & MIS for critical processes - CKYC New Accounts, renewal ,address change, KROC & CardOne.
✓ Conduct In-depth analysis of trending and reasons of CKYC errors to ensure higher penetration (inclduing IT coordination for error /data rectifications).
✓ Identify opportunities for automation /increase in accuracy /secure PII mgmt and drive system developments - preparing BRD's , close looping the discussions with development teams , testing /implementation.
✓ Proactively highlight aberrations in the regulatory mandate of within 10 day submissions and provide recommendations for TAT adherence/improvement.
⭕Job profile & Responsibilities of Executive:-
✓ To process application fraud alerts on the application fraud prevention tool (Hunter).
✓ Review the dedupe on (Hunter) matches on past declines, CIBIL details, past verifications, doing a web check etc. as a part of the overall alert review.
✓ Proactive calling to customer / employer / competition bank etc. on suspected applications on a case to case basis.
⭕Job profile & Responsibilities of Associate:-
✓ Scrutiny of credit card applications
Check if application is compliant to kyc norms.
✓ Credit check in documents with predefined policies and get into income calculations.
✓ Ensure decision is taken with in TAT and with desired accuracy.
✓ Check for authenticity and validity of documents.
✓ Alteration/Tempering need to be checked in documents.
