•Taking responsibility for the entire sales closing life cycle for your assigned leads.

•Carrying weekly revenue and enrollment targets.

•Handle escalations and complex queries.
•Manage large amounts of Emails/Voice calls.
•Provide support in resolving learners' issues via Voice Call / Email.

•Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
