•Resolve customer's concerns and answer customer's questions to your best ability.

•Attract potential customers by answering their product and service questions .

•Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

⭕ Skills and Requirements:

•Candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English written and oral.

•Good customer service skills and should display good analytical ability.

•Prior 1 year experience in the BPO voice process.

•Should be able to create work from home like environment at home.

•Willing to work in 24/7 environment
