⭕ Job Roles and Responsibilities:
✓You will be the voice of upcover amongst small business owners, taking their inbound queries, understanding their needs and offering the insurance products on upcover's platform. You will be assisting business owners, helping them in their business insurance buying journey.
✓We have an intense four week training program to help you scale up and become well versed in the insurance products we offer. At the end of your training and probation, you will undertake the RG146 qualification (fully paid for by upcover) to be compliant with the local regulations around giving general advise on insurance products.
⭕ Skills And Requirements:
•Ability to communicate effectively, persuade and influence using facts, data and information at hand.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
•Ability to learn complex legal and contractual concepts
•Fluency in computer literacy
•Attention to detail on work
