✓ Providing feedback to Quality Control analysts and identifying root-cause analysis of potential misalignment.

✓ Supporting Quality Control in achieving deliverables through knowledge sharing.

✓ Delivering quality refresher sessions to individuals who are struggling with quality performance.

✓ Engaging in risk-oriented reviews focusing on issue identification together with active facilitation for resolution.

✓ Coaching new joiners to learn procedures across the Support department.
