∆ Responding to emails, calls, whats-app.

∆ Diagnosing bugs and issues.

∆ Dispute resolution in a manner that leaves both customers and chefs happy.

∆ Ensure all bookings are going smoothly.

∆ Answering any questions, helping them with their portal, and setting chefs up for success.

∆ Making sure any bookings are reassigned to new chefs and it goes smoothly.

∆ Deliver insights from customer/ chef interactions for continuous product improvement.
