✓ For Talent Acquisition Associate:

•Own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and scheduling to closing, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all candidates

•Work closely on building pipelines for tech and non-tech roles

•Build processes and capabilities for a world-class recruiting org in each of our global offices

•Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews

Drive our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives

Assist with ad-hoc People Operations projects as needed

✓ Loan Review Associate:

Loan Operations: Review loan applications for borrowers applying for Branch loans, verify details and prevent fraud (main responsibility)

Product: Escalating customer feedback and technical bugs to help improve our products

General: Various administrative projects as needed
