•Maintain and adapt processes to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully, receive value quickly and get a great first experience with Joveo.
● Act as a trusted advisor for our customers, making sure all enquiries are researched and responded to in a professional and friendly way
● Serve as the customer’s voice and provide continuous feedback to your colleagues in product development and sales in order to respond to current and emerging needs.
● Work closely with the product and UI/UX team to develop improvements for our suite of products.
● Constantly iterate on processes and contribute to company growth by creating new content, playbooks, and processes.
● Develop processes and relationships that increase retention and loyalty of our customers to ultimately increase renewal rates.
● Monitor health scores, satisfaction levels, and customer engagement.
● Maintain and update data in customer success management software
⭕ Skills and Requirements -
•Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle the various tasks simultaneously.
•Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions correctly
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Basic understanding of software implementation concepts and methodologies is a plus.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•Prior experience or coursework related to project management or implementation is a plus.
•Availability to work full-time for a duration of 6 months.
