∆ Good knowledge and relevant experience on Direct taxation process and clauses. Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.

∆ Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.

∆ Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills.

∆ Ability to assimilate process knowledge quickly and efficiently.

∆ Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers or vendors based on criteria such as price, quality, and reliability.

∆ Negotiating terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with vendors.

∆ Handling and processing purchase requisitions from various departments within the organization.

∆ Routing purchase orders for approval by the appropriate authorities within the organization.

∆ Ensure the data collected is accurate, complete, and relevant to the task at hand.
