•Counselling travellers on travel products/services
•Provide travel policy related clarifications
Primary point of contact for relocation travel
•Provide navigational support on Adobe Travel tools.
•Work with suppliers to ensure the employees receive Adobe negotiated rates.
•Support tax team on GST related inputs and documents.
•Responsible for responding to queries through mailbox and Service Now tickets.
•Working with visa team for employee support .
•Provide best in class customer service and create the WOW experiences to internal customers.
•Deliver First Contact Resolution to customer through anticipating customers .
