•Field inbound phone, email & SMS inquiries.

•Track and manage leads coming into our CRM system

•Support our leasing agents and provide them quick solutions to thier queries from leasing agents and prospective residents and our Resident Services Department

•Develop deep knowledge of our rental process in San Francisco, East Bay, and Los Angeles neighborhoods and able to translate that into successful sales interactions (i.e., schedule an apartment showing)

•Source new tenant opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.

•Work collaboratively with internal teams and Agents, and other departments.

⭕ Skills and Requirements:

•Must have excellent phone and written communication skills.

•Must be high energy, sales, and customer service driven

•Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

•Must work with diverse people and other teams within our department

•Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or call centre.

•Computer and MS Office l.

•Have strong communication skills verbal and written

•Must be able to work weekends on a rotating schedule with the team
