•Respond daily to insurance partners, driver partners, customers, claimants, stakeholders, and third parties

•Review and address Origami risk tool claim related tasks when due the work.

•Meet quality expectations for submissions, inquiries, and tasks

⭕ Skills and Requirements:

•Property & Casualty Claims handling.

•Data analytics, Preparing the presentation decks and presentation skills

•Excellent in Interpersonal Skills (both verbal and written communication)

•Stakeholder Management (Internal & External)

•Customer Escalations and High profile / severity / complex claims handling
