•Provides customer support by Chat or instant message to consumers to solve their queries and Serves as primary contact for inbound customer issues.
•Escalates more technical product-related issues to proper Product Support department.
•Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies root cause of problem and uses tool and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems with minimum time.
•Tracks and documents inbound support requests and make sure the proper notation of customer problems or issues.
•Meets the standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule and average handle time.
•May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced Customer Service Associates - Consumer.
⭕Skills and Requirements:
•Willing to work in Rotational Shift as per requirement
•Excellent oral and written communication skill is mandatory.
•Any BPO International voice or Domestic voice process background candidate can also apply.
