• Provide a great experience to the customers by resolving their issues in minimum take The Feedback 

• Document file the all information according to standard operating procedures ( SOP's)

• Handle customer complaints respectfully and in a professional way

• Recognize, document, and alert the management team for trends in customer

 contacts

• Follow up with customers wherever  necessary and take help from your seniors whenever required.

•Candidate with good communication skill and typing skill mandate

•Max Budget Fresher 25000 INR

•Experienced: 4.5 lpa
