1 Ensure that seamless transition throughout the customer lifecycle working closely with presales, professional services and support teams.

2 Evaluate the customer’s need, and objectives and transform same to company processes, provide them solutions and modules being implemented.

3 Must be able to analyze and solve complex customer issues related to data and processes.

4 He / She must be updated on HRMS domain and new processes.

5 He / She will offer execution and product proficiency to their commitments

6 He/she will must follow directions and offer status reports to the manager designated to their project.

7  Candidate for this role will be responsible for the devising strong customer relationships and strengthen Employee transactions.

8 Knowledge on Payroll , Finance domains is a certain advantage for the candidate , will be preferable 

9 He / She should be able to travel to client locations for short / long duration if required sometimes.

10 He / She should keep enhancing and updating knowledge on domain processes.

⭕ Job Skills and Requirements:

1. Domain Knowledge

HRMS ERP System, Employee Management , benefits, retirals, leave attendance processing, talent and appraisal processes knowledge

2. Should have Good Communication Skills

3. should have Good Documentation Skills

4. Must be Ready to accept new challenges

2. Finance and accounting basic knowledge

3. ERP integration knowledge
