•Work with the multiple categories and functions within offline payments to define the key performance and

operational metrics and monitor the health of the function / categories.

•Build a detailed dashboards to track the key metrics that can be shared with functional / org leadership and can 

monitor progress of metrics to identify any issues and raise any red flags to functional / org leads.

•Build ,deliver and present analytical results and your ideas and recommendations in meaningful and effective powerpoint presentations to key stakeholders.

•Support hypothesis with data-backed insights and narrow down key issues / areas of improvement

⭕ Skills and Requirements:

•Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment,leadership skills and ability to communicate well with executives and senior management teams.

•Knowledge of SQL is must

•Advanced usage of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
