•Must have Excellent spoken and written English Language Skills
•Proven work experience as a Soft Skills will be good
•Trainer/Communication Trainer (1-5 years)
•Good typing speed and excellent accuracy
•Identifying the training needs

•Confident and able to challenge the status quo
•Ability to meet deadlines and has efficient time management
•Prepared to work in rotational shifts
