⭕Job Roles and Responsibilities-

•Review all the account openings, account maintenance, and move money paperwork and fill  the customer details based on the procedures defined in standard operating procedures(SOP).

• Performing quality check on the data acquired from the client platform and ensure highest standard of accuracy

•Follow Up the  application forms based on the priority defined by the client

 •Identifying the customer needs and indexing the same to the particular department

• Handling the task assigned to you and provide the right resolutions within the timeliness

• Meeting all defined targets like productivity, accuracy, product knowledge and schedule adherence

⭕ Desired Skills-

•Good Knowledge on the Capital markets such as shares, key players in IB world, Trade date etc

• Typing speed must be 30 WPM with 95% accuracy .

• Must be professional and courteous in all interactions with clients and staff.

 •Must have basic skills in computer and MS Word and MS Excel

 •Must have strong interpersonal, excellent communication (writing & speaking) skills

•With a desire to work in a Back-Office Operations environment
