✓Handling inbound calls of customers for a domestic ecommerce process.
✓Rotational shifts, 6 days working with one rotational week off.
✓Customer Support Executive will be responsible for Customer Service and handle online product delivery service related enquires of E-commerce process from the customer end. Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information via chat/message/call support .
✓Demonstrates the solution in effective, clear and professional way. Have good written and oral communication skills ,so you can confidently Provide the Customer service and handle their Queries.
✓ Provides prompt and efficient service to Sellers and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of Sellers issues with giving priority to service.
✓Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
⭕Basic Criteria-
1. Minimum 12th passed, UG/PG also can apply.
