• Able to work effectively and calmly in emergencies and multitasking work.

• Able to maintain the customer information confidentiality.

• Answer the customers on official channels professionally and responding officially to their inquiries, suggestions to solve their queries and complaints .

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar 

• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries of customers so that we may understand, and have better insight, to the consumer needs.
