Job Roles and Responsibilities-
•Customer Support Associate will be responsible for Customer Service and handle online product delivery service related enquires from the customer end. Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information via call or chat Support to solve their queries.
•Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication with customers.
• Provides prompt and efficient service and solutions to Sellers and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of Sellers issues.
•have a multitasking working skills, and management of the work with priorites.
• Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members with difficult contacts as needed.
• Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
• Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions.

•Candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English written and oral.
